Campers will learn fundamental to advanced pastry techniques, essential to excelling in the competitive pastry industry. From making a basic pate a choux dough for eclairs to carefully whipping up a souffle, this week will full of recipes your camper will never forget!

Learn recipes from the best of the best restaurants and chefs! Campers will make classic recipes such as Cafe de Monde’s beignets and Alice Water’s Garden Salad Tacos. One of our days will be dedicated to classics from local Austin restaurants like Kerbey Lane and Hill’s Cafe!
