Fun! Focus! Confidence! Join us for Summer Ninja Fun at Life Ki-do Martial Arts. Camp activities include martial arts drills and games, ninja obstacle course, throwing stars, kung fu swords and nunchakus. Kids have tons of fun while learning breathing techniques for focus and anxiety as well as tools for inner confidence, friendship skills, and team building. Ages 5-11. All levels welcome!
