Summer Camp at Hills of Milk and Honey- Children with Autism

Campers get to "be a farmer for a week," engaging in hands-on activities in the garden and with the animals, while also developing greater self-confidence and personal responsibility.
The curriculum for this camp has been designed for children with ASD to have maximum therapeutic and learning opportunities to overcome fears, interact socially with others, and be exposed to various sensory inputs found specifically on a farm including light, sound, smell, space, color, various textures and more.
In order to provide the most positive experience possible for the campers in attendance, a caregiver may be required to attend the camp with the child.
After registering your child for this camp, you will receive a link to an application form online where additional information will be gathered regarding your child.
Once the application has been received, a video or in-person conference will be scheduled so that the Hills of Milk and Honey staff and parents of children attending the camp will have the opportunity to discuss details regarding how to best support each child during the camp.

Fees are paid in full at time of registration. A 50% refund is available if cancellation is received by May 1, 2018. No refunds after May 1, 2018.
Please note that a signed liability waiver (that you will receive in a future email) is required as well as close-toed shoes that are able to get wet and very dirty. ;-)
Please send a towel, water bottle, and personal snack. Please apply sunscreen prior to drop-off so we can jump right into the fun!
This summer camp has a minimum booking requirement that may affect availability. There is still plenty of time for more folks to sign up, so be sure to tell your neighbors and friends and encourage them to sign up their kiddos too!
Cost: $299.00 per child
