5 Book Dive Presents: The Summer Reading Splash!

As part of an initiative to foster literacy and stop the summer slide through a focus on summer reading, BookPeople officially partnered with AISD in 2017 to launch the Five Book Dive, a citywide reading challenge promoted all summer long through curated reading lists and program bookmarks. This year, we are joining with AISD and Austin Public Library to take it to the next level with a reading festival filled with interactive programming, book signings, and some of your favorite authors, including opening keynote speaker Kate DiCamillo!
