Get ready to eat the heat! The 35th Annual Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival returns Sunday, September 7, 2025 to the Far Out Lounge & Stage.
Celebrating everything from freshly made sauces to commercially bottled blends, and bold, independent creations, this spicy tradition brings together local sauces from Austin and beyond for a competition that sets taste buds ablaze and crowns the best in heat and flavor.
Austin’s hottest festival offers attendees a chance to enjoy dozens of these tasty hot sauces with live music, cold drinks, and more! Come hungry and get ready to support your fellow Central Texans. The Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival is proud to support the Central Texas Book Bank by donating $5 of every ticket purchase.
