Blair Woods Family Nature Day: Migration

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 04/27/2019
Join Travis Audubon for a morning of educational activities at Blair Woods Sanctuary, a natural oasis in east Austin! This Nature Day will be all about migration, so come prepared to learn about when, how, and why animals migrate. You might even see a few migrating birds while you’re there! Snacks and water will be provided, and every guest has a chance to win a Travis Audubon prize package!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

This event is free and open to the public. Direct any questions about this event to Caley Zuzula at volunteer@travisaudubon.org.

Parking for this event will be at Heritage Pointe Apartments (1950 Webberville Rd.). Once you enter the gate to the complex, continue driving left through the parking lot until you see a Travis Audubon sign, which is located next to a gate that leads to Blair Woods. You may use any visitor-assigned parking. We thank Heritage Pointe for kindly allowing us to use their parking for this event!

This is a weather-dependent event, so if there is rain Saturday morning check out this page for the event status.
