The program will take place in the library’s second floor Hewlett Room and is free and open to the public.
The program will also include Mozart's overture to the Marriage of Figaro arranged for cello quartet, and other pieces for 12 cellos or fewer by Klengel and Piazzolla.
The performers include members of Austin Camerata, the Austin Symphony, and the Butler School of Music: Cory Blais, Ray Kim, Matt Kufchak, Matt Armbruster, Rylie Harrod, Denise Ro, Chan Song An, Kelvin Lee, Matthew Gustavson, and Daniel Kopp.
Free and open to the public, this performance is a gift of the Friends of the Georgetown Public Library. Come and go, or have a seat in the library and enjoy the concert.
