Holiday Art & Yoga Event

Come enjoy time to connect with your child during the busy holiday season. We'll do some yoga together and then make snow globes, ornaments and greeting cards!

Saplings classes aim to strengthen the parent-child connection through yoga and art. We learn simple mindfulness practices to incorporate into our daily routines together. The second half of class is dedicated to art and sensory play.
For this special holiday event, we'll do peaceful family yoga and then visit art stations to make snow globes, ornaments and greeting cards!
Suggested ages 2+
This is an outdor event located near Lakeline Mall.
