Liberty Hill’s Independence Day Spectacular

Join us at Liberty Hill’s Independence Day Spectacular to celebrate our freedom! Neighbors and friends will gather at Liberty Hill Junior High on July 3rd to celebrate freedom in the most patriotic way. Residents engage in friendly competition for the coveted blue ribbon in challenges like the Homemade Apple Pie contest, Homemade Ice Cream contest, Watermelon Seed Spitting contest and the Hot Dog Eating contest. Children play in the Radical Run Obstacle Course, ride the trackless train and jump on the Velcro wall.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email so we can update it immediately.

The activities pause mid-evening for the Beach Ball Drop. Thousands of hands raise in the air as children try to catch one of the hundreds of beach balls that fall from the sky, just before the headliner band kicks off.

The evening’s festivities conclude with a spectacular  fireworks show.
