The TexARTS Academy’s spring season continues with the Disney classic Mary Poppins, Jr. A Musical based on the stories of P.L. Travers and the Walt Disney Film. With Original Music and Lyrics by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman and a Book by Julian Fellowes. The production will run April 27-28 & May 4-5 at the Kam & James Morris Theatre at TexARTS.
Mary Poppins, Jr. is directed by Robert Carrasco with Music Direction by Felicia Hernandez and Choreography by Emily Villarreal. A “Practically Perfect” woman arrives in London to help the Banks Family who is in desperate need for a nanny. With the help of the beloved chimney sweep, Bert, and a little bit of magic, whimsical hilarity ensues. With hit songs like “A spoonful of sugar” and ”Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” kids and parents alike are sure to be tapping along to the tunes we all know and love.

All performances will be held at Kam & James Morris Theatre Erin Doherty Studios, 2300 Lohman's Spur, Suite #160, Lakeway, TX. Parking is free.
