Mother’s Day Celebration

Celebrate Mother’s Day (and Mother Nature) at the Wildflower Center! Guests can enjoy cocktails, order–ahead charcuterie picnic boxes, performances by Austin Symphony’s string quartet, and much more.

Registration Info
- Member registration and charcuterie picnic box orders open April 28.
- Non-member registration and charcuterie picnic box orders open May 4. Pro-tip: Get your mom a Wildflower Center membership for Mother’s Day!
- All charcuterie picnic box orders must be placed by May 9.
Food & Drink
- Pre-order a charcuterie picnic box from Spread & Co. Boxes are $25 each and include artisan cheeses, crackers, cured meats, olives, dried fruit, and more. One box makes the perfect snack for two or lunch for one. A vegetarian option is also available.
- In addition to its usual offerings, Wildflower Café will have a full-service bar cart in the Courtyard with mimosas and frosés available for purchase.
Music
- Spread out a picnic blanket and enjoy performances by Austin Symphony’s string quartet in our Family Garden from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- See what’s blooming and in our Theme Gardens, where a solo harpist from Austin Symphony will play from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Groove to Ryan DeSiato’s unique blend of roots-folk, rock and soul in our Courtyard from 1 – 2 p.m. and 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
