Personal Safety and Conflict Resolution for Women & Teens at Sun Dragon Martial Arts and Self Defense

Young adulthood is a high-risk time for sexual assault, especially by someone you know, but research has found that empowerment self-defense can make a huge difference!

- 3 Hour workshop for teens 12 and up and adults who identify as women, teen girls, transwomen, genderqueer, gender fluid, female-presenting…
- This workshop addresses topics women must increasingly navigate — gender-based harassment, interpersonal relationships, school and work environments. Learn and practice skills for awareness, verbal assertiveness, and physical protection. Feel stronger and more confident in everyday situations while also preparing for potentially dangerous situations.

- $35: bring-a-friend ($70 for two, pay for both at once)
