Sorry to disappoint, but we aren't actually going to explode cupcakes.

I don't think the fire department would appreciate that.... Instead, we are going to decorate cupcakes and then vote to see whose is the best for each category! Then, yes, you can eat your cupcakes! :)
Teens aged 13-17 are welcome to attend, free of charge.
