Little Champions are for kids ages 4-6 and are structured and fun. Junior age students 7-12, have specialized classes for their skill level, from Beginners to Advanced. Our Instructors are experts in bringing out the best in each of our students.

We primarily teach Krav Maga, a hands-on self defense system intended to teach you defend yourself as quickly and efficiently as possible against real-world, modern attacks. We teach both adults and kids.
