Austin Halloween Kids Marathon

We are calling on all kids to come be a part of the Hill Country Halloween Kids Marathon! We hope to encourage healthy lifestyles by creating a challenging but fun event for children in School Grades K – 6.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
Here is how it works:
- Register your child for the event online.
- Download the HCHH kids marathon log 2017 and keep track of each mile your child runs by signing the log.
- Bring the completed running log to Packet Pick-up on Friday before the race to pick up your child’s running bib and to qualify him or her to receive a medal at the finish line. In order to earn a finisher’s medal, each child will need to run a total of 25 miles before race day and on race morning he or she will run the final 1.2 miles with all the other children registered for the Kids Marathon! Children who do not wish to pre-run the 25 miles may still register to run the final 1.2 miles on race day; however, they will not be eligible for the marathon finisher’s medal.
All kids marathon participants will receive a race shirt, goody bag and kids finisher medal to show off their incredible accomplishment of running a marathon distance! And yes, Halloween costumes are encouraged!
