Bake Austin Cookie Camp
Cookies are deceptively technical — and this camp covers all of it. Five days, five styles: classic chocolate chip, royal icing and decorating, stuffed cookies, cookie sandwiches, and a Friday where every kid designs their own signature cookie from scratch. Fair warning: they'll bring something home every single day.

Cookies are deceptively technical. The dough, the bake, the icing-to-cookie ratio, the piping — there’s a lot going on in something that small.
Cookie Camp covers all of it. Each day brings a new style: classic chocolate chip and snickerdoodles, royal icing and decorating techniques, stuffed cookies, cookie sandwiches, and a few of Pascal’s own recipes that campers have been asking about for years. On Friday, every kid designs and bakes their own signature cookie from scratch.
They’ll bring something home every single day. Fair warning.
