Summer Day Camp 2019:
REGISTRATION (NEW SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE!!) :
Registration for summer day camp sessions will open at 8:00 a.m. on March 1, 2019. Camp sessions will not be visible until this time.
**We will be using CampDoc for registration this summer.** Please review CampDoc FAQ for families .
You will be able to register on March 1, 2019 using this web address: app.campdoc.com/register/cprc
Please use the registration link to create your CampDoc.com account. This can be done prior to March 1.
FEE:
$120 a week for Cedar Park for residents; $180 a week for non-residents

At the time of your initial registration, a $30 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due for each week that you register your child. The remaining amount is due two weeks before each session approaches.

All cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to the first day of the camp session in order to receive a refund. You may email your cancellation to hailey.dulde@cedarparktexas.gov . Cancellations less than 14 days prior will not receive a refund. Camp registration and payments are non-transferable.
