What is yeast anyway? Kids will explore measuring out ingredients with fun scientific tools while learning the science behind making bread. What is yeast? What does it eat and what does it produce? Why do we knead bread? Kids will take home their very own bun loaf to continue this experiment at home February 20, 2020!
