Delight in the beautifully decorated Bishop's Lounge on the Southwestern University campus in Georgetown. Adults will enjoy the cozy fireplace or peaceful outdoor courtyard while sipping coffee or tea while the children savor their hot cocoa. Finger foods and plenty of holiday treats will also be served.
The event will include hearing the story of The Nutcracker read aloud with interludes of brief dancing that they will experience up close. After the performance, a raffle will be held and one special attendee will win Clara's tiara.
There will be plenty of opportunity for photo opps with all of the main characters of the story as they will mingle and dance with the guests after the performance. This is a chance for our youngest audience members to experience the awe of these timeless holiday characters in an up-close and personal setting.
