Cookie Camp at Bake Austin 2018

Cookies are not just for the Cookie Monster! In this camp we will explore the vast world of cookies. Literally! Anything from African Chocolate Peppercorn cookies to French Macarons. We will take our culinary adventures around the world! Each camper will come home with a bunch of cookies daily and we will create a cookbook that will be sent home on Friday. Kitchen safety will always be taught to promote independence. Our classes are always hands on and filled with lots of knowledge about process, ingredients and the science of baking.
