Eclipse Festival

The first total eclipse in Austin since 1878 will bring darkness to daytime on Monday, April 8, and Pioneer Farms will be the place to watch it.
A special program on the history of eclipses and about the last one in Austin will be featured along with historical activities on two days to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime solar event. Special glasses to safely watch the eclipse will be available on Monday.
