Ball-Hard is known for having the most dynamic scorers in the city, for the last 7 years! We are very confident that every attendee will not only improve their shooting form, but also gain a better understanding of their 'makes!'Secondary improvements will be seen in their footwork, core and dealing with fatigue. With the opportunity to put endless amounts of shots up AND get a better understanding of how to make (correct) shots, makes this a MUST ATTEND event. The 2 keys to the entire lab series will be: each participant must be able to work independently; take instruction and go with it! The 2nd key is to WORK thru fatigue and get stronger.
