K9 Kids Summer Camp

K9 Kids Camps is for kiddos ages 5-14 who love dogs!
All About Puppies Camp is for children ages 5-6. Camp meets Mon-Thurs for 2 hours each morning. Campers will interact with our therapy dogs to learn how dog "talk" to us and how we should play and exercise our family pet. Crafts, storytelling, and "Water Thursday" are all part of this special camp week.
All About Dogs Camp is for children ages 7-8. Camp meets Mon-Thurs for 2 1/2 hours each morning. Campers will interact with our therapy dogs each day. Kids will learn how to read the "body language" of a dog and how to safely greet dogs in public.Thursday day is water day. Enjoy water games out on the agility field with our therapy dogs. All crafts and games have a dog theme.
Bring Your Dog to Camp - Level 1 is for kids ages 9-14. Camp meets Mon-Thurs for 3-hours. Campers may bring their family pet or be assigned a Dog Alliance "hound". Activities include teaching basic manners plus some fun tricks. Campers will learn how to run a simply agility course with their dog. When the dogs are resting, campers will enjoy activities and craft - all with a dog theme - and learn about working dogs and their jobs.On Thursday, campers will enjoy water games out on the agility field.
Bring Your Dog to Camp - Level 2 is for kids ages 9-14 who have completed Level 1. Camp meets Mon-Thurs for 3 hours. Campers may bring their family pet or be assigned a Dog Alliance "hound". This week of camp is about taking knowledge about dogs to the next level. Campers will teach their dog to run through a tunnel, over a jump, through a tire, and more. Dogs will learn new tricks and the sport of Rally. When the dogs are resting, campers will learn about dog care, dog breeds, dog body language, and more. On Thursdays, campers will play water games with their dogs and then treat their dog to a bath and brush.
