The Juneteenth Market Days is being done in tandem with the 2025 Dialogue for Peace and Progress - Celebrating Juneteenth, a moderated conversation designed to pair community members and leaders together for an open and honest conversation to raise awareness and, if necessary, facilitate change in the City of Kyle. The City of Kyle is currently recruiting panelists from a multitude of perspectives, backgrounds and generations to participate in this event. If you are interested in being a panelist for the dialogue, please fill out the webform by 5 p.m. Thursday, June 5.
The Juneteenth Market Days schedule is as follows:

8am - Market Days Opens

9-10am - Performance by the R.O.C.K. Church Choir
-
10-11am - Dialogue for Peace and Progress (inside the Krug Activity Center)

11am-1pm - Performance by the Keezy Experience
Market Days often occur in tandem with various community celebrations and take place on the second Saturday of each month from April to November. Market Days is hosted and organized by the City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department. The 2025 dates are as follows:
- Saturday, April 12
- Saturday, May 10 - Asian American and Pacific Islanders Month Celebration
- Saturday, June 14 - Celebrating Juneteenth
- Saturday, July 12 - Celebrating the Red, White & Blue
- Saturday, August 9 - Back to School
- Saturday, September 13 - Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration
- Saturday, October 11 - Founders’ Parade
- Saturday, November 8 - Veteran’s Day Parade
The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for food and craft vendors.

Vendors are encouraged to apply early as it takes 1-2 business days for applications to be processed. The deadline to apply and pay to participate in Kyle Markets Days is the Friday before the week of the event Market Day. (i.e. if requesting April 12, the deadline is April 4).
