What Athletes Will Work On:

Hitting Skills

• Proper stance, grip, and swing mechanics
• Improving bat speed and contact consistency
• Situational hitting: Understanding when to bunt, swing for power, or drive in runs
• Drills focused on hand-eye coordination and balance at the plate

Fielding Fundamentals

• Glove work: Proper glove positioning for infield and outfield plays
• Footwork drills to improve agility and range
• Throwing mechanics to build accuracy and arm strength
• Double-play drills to teach quick transitions and decision-making

Pitching & Throwing

• Basic pitching mechanics for beginners
• Throwing accuracy drills to improve control
• Arm care and warm-up routines to prevent injury
• Situational pitching: Understanding counts, pitch selection, and strategy

Base Running & Agility

• Base running drills to improve speed and quick decision-making
• Learning to take leads, steal bases, and slide safely
• Agility drills to enhance overall athleticism and quickness on the field

Teamwork & Leadership

• Emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and communication on and off the field
