Hear the stories of composers who struggled with disability, and their triumphs of beauty and connection. Music by Ludwig van Beethoven, Frederick Delius, Bedrich Smetana, and Gabriela Lena Frank. Featuring violinist Sandy Yamamoto, cellist Amy Levine-Tsang, and pianist Michelle Schumann. Taking place April 19 and 20. Austin Chamber Music Center’s Saturday concert takes place at the First Unitarian Church. Advance tickets on sale now. Save money on tickets by getting a discount package of 3+ season concerts. Subject to availability, $12 Student Rush (with student ID), $33 General Admission, and $48 Premium tickets may be purchased at the box office on the evening of the Saturday concert. The box office will open at 6:30 PM that day. There are also limited tickets available for the Friday night Intimate Concert at KMFA, $95 with food and drinks.
