Outdoor Academy: A Walk Through the Woods

Enjoy the crisp autumn air on a guided hike through the Spring Lake Nature Preserve. We’ll explore the changing season through leaf art! Wear closed-toed shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle.

Perfect for students curious about science and the natural world, this series of classes is designed for K-12th grades to get outside and experience nature firsthand. Classes take place on one Tuesday of each month. Each class includes a glass-bottom boat ride and other educational activities that vary from class to class. Homeschool students are encouraged to register.
