Join us for a fun and productive President’s Day Camp at D-BAT Georgetown! This camp is perfect for baseball and softball athletes looking to improve their skills, gain confidence, and have a blast on their days off from school. Our experienced coaches will focus on fundamentals, skill development, and game strategy in a supportive and engaging environment. This two-day camp offers players the chance to build their athletic abilities while enjoying fun, holiday-themed drills and games. Whether your athlete is a beginner or has more experience, they'll walk away with valuable skills and memories to last a lifetime.

What the Athletes Will Work On:

Hitting Fundamentals:
- Proper stance, grip, and swing mechanics
- Improving bat speed and hand-eye coordination
- Drills to increase power and accuracy at the plate
Fielding and Defense:
- Ground ball and fly ball fundamentals
- Proper footwork and throwing mechanics
- Game-like scenarios to improve reaction time and decision-making
Base Running Techniques:
- Learning how to take a proper lead
- Strategies for stealing bases
- Sliding techniques for safe and effective base running
Throwing Mechanics:
- Improving accuracy and arm strength
- Proper warm-up routines to prevent injury
- Relays and situational throws
Agility and Conditioning:
- Speed and agility drills to enhance athletic performance
- Core exercises to build strength and stability
- Fun games to keep athletes engaged while building endurance
Game Strategy and Mental Approach:
- Understanding situational plays
- Building confidence and a positive mindset
- How to stay focused and motivated during games
