Spring Break Camp at Spilled Milk Social Club

spilled milk social club will host all-day Fun Days in 2016, to serve working families. Enrollment is open to both families who are currently enrolled in our after-school program, as well as drop-in families. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Details:
Cost: $60 per day, per child (for drop-in families) or $40 per day, per child (for after-school families)
Spring Break Camp- $250 per week, per child (for drop-in families) or $175 (for after-school families)
*This includes the cost of the daily field trip
Location: 3310 Red River Street (Use the driveway entrance just north of the building, and park/enter our facility around back
Hours: 7:30a to 6p each day
*Drop off any time between 7:30 and 9:30a each day.
We provide: 15:1 child-to-staff ratios, FUN activities throughout the day (art projects, games, dramatic play, Legos, outside play, etc.), field trips EVERY DAY!
You provide: lunch, snacks and a water bottle for the day, as well as anything needed for the field trip

The deadline to sign up for Fun Days is two weeks in advance. If you wish to sign up after the deadline, please email directors to make sure we have a spot for your child- info@spilledmilksocialclub.com

As we plan staff schedules and make field trip reservations according to how many kids are signed up, NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after the "two weeks ahead of time" deadline.

FOR AFTER-SCHOOL FAMILIES: We will email invoices out two weeks prior to all respective Fun Days, at which point your payment is due immediately. If we don't receive payment from you in a timely fashion, (contact us if you need payment flexibility!) you may be forced to forfeit your spot, and you will still be responsible for the fee. You are welcome to pay in advance of receiving your invoice, but once you've paid, no refunds will be issued.

FOR DROP-IN FAMILIES: Your spot is not reserved until you've paid the fee in full, (unless you've contacted us with an alternate payment plan).

SPRING BREAK POLICY: Your spot is not reserved until you've paid the fee in full, (but feel free to contact the directors if this poses a problem). Once you've paid the fee, your spot is locked in and no refunds will be issued.
Field Trip Schedule
Children will be transported on our 48-passenger bus or in our 15-passenger van, (depending on the number of kids attending) by smsc's directors, Ali and Stella, or by Holly Arthur, our trustworthy bus driver. No need to send extra money, but pay attention to the schedule below to find out how to be prepared!
*Field Trips are subject to change. We will notify all enrolled families of any changes well in advance.

About Spring Break...

For the weeks of March 7-11 and March 21-25 (<- assuming we hold camp that week), end-of-day pick up might occur at Austin Recreation Center (1301 Shoal Creek Blvd.) between 2:30 and 6p. This decison (whether the Spring Break campers will end up at ARC or stay at our facility on Red River) will depend on the number of kids who sign up. If this potential decision creates an issue for your family, please contact Ali or Stella.

We WILL host two weeks of camp (March 7- 11 and March 14- 18). When you register for these weeks, payment is due immediately.

Our ability to host camp for the week of March 21- 25 depends on the number of families who sign up. If you pay and sign up for this week, we will hold your money until the the sign-up deadline for that week (March 7th). If not enough families have signed up, we will notify you and refund your money.
