Tummy time is imperitive for baby development and not enough can mean delays in sitting up, crawling, walking and even brain development that isn't evident until later on. Babies often have a tough time tolerating being on their tummies because they sleep on their backs, spend a lot of time in car seats, bouncy seats, etc. Parents can give up too soon as it's hard to see their little one in distress. Join other moms to find fun and easy things you can do with your baby at home to help them tolerate this important developmental time.
