Amy Pancake, Chakra Kids Yoga

I offer yoga, therapeutic movement, reflex integration, and Continuum classes and individual sessions to kids and adults aged 4 months through adult. I have 24 years experience and work in schools all over the Austin area and in my private movement space in South Austin near S. Lamar and Oltorf. I also offer teacher training for children's yoga and professional development for schools on how to incorporate movement into the school day, teacher self care, developmental movement, and more.
