Girls on the Run is an after-school empowerment program for girls in 3rd through 8th grades. Using an interactive curriculum which creatively integrates running, Girls on the Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident.

Girls on the Run offers programming at elementary and middle school sites throughout Austin. Teams meet twice per week for a 10-week season, typically from 3:00 to 4:15. The season concludes with a 5k event.
