Our culinary-science hybrids invite students to explore chemistry through edible experiments. Campers master real-world skills including recipe reading, precise measurement of solids and liquids, and the proper use of professional culinary tools.

Snacks & Science Series
Get ready for a week full of fizz, foam, and flavorful fun! In From Pop to Potions, campers explore science through exciting, hands-on experiments inspired by favorite snacks and playful “potion” creations that are safe to mix, test, and enjoy.
Throughout the week, campers will investigate chemical reactions that pop, bubble, and foam while learning how ingredients interact and change. Activities emphasize observation, measuring, following instructions, and comparing results, helping students build core STEM skills in a fun, approachable way. Each experiment connects science concepts to familiar foods, making learning both engaging and memorable.
This camp is perfect for curious kids who love hands-on experiments, sensory exploration, and discovering how science shows up in everyday snacks. Expect active learning, creative problem-solving, and lots of excitement as chemistry and culinary fun come together all week long.
