Inspired Minds Art Center

Inspired Minds Art Center is a welcoming, inclusive space where kids, teens, and adults can explore creativity, build skills, and connect with others through hands-on visual arts, theatre, and STEAM programs. Our award-winning art center serves South Austin and the Hays County area, offering year-round classes, workshops, and camps led by professional instructors who foster creative problem-solving and process-based learning. Instructors are CPR Ceritifed and trained in working with neurodiverse individuals.

Summer Camps

When school is out, creativity is in! Our summer camps provide kids and teens with the chance to explore process-focused art, science, and theatre experiences  and techniques while developing confidence and making new friends. Options include:

•Inspired Kids Art + Science Camp – Hands-on projects blending art and science, with fresh themes each week.

•Creativity Labs – Focused workshops where young artists master a specific medium such as digital illustration, mural-making, clay, and painting.

•Teen Art Intensives – In-depth training with professional artist mentors in pottery, stained glass, mixed media, and more.

•Theatre Camps – Broadway, Mythology, and Shakespeare-themed programs, plus a musical production in our intimate theatre.

Year-Round Programs

Beyond camps, Inspired Minds Art Center offers classes and experiences for all ages and abilities. Kids, teens, and adults can join classes in painting, pottery, sculpture, stained glass, digital arts, and more. We also provide free community meetups, accessibility-focused programs, parties, event rentals space, and corporate team-building events.
