Krav Junior at Lions Krav Maga covers all aspects of self-defense training for kids 4+. Our classes include physical and technical training aspects along with social-emotional educational aspects (recognition of one's feelings and needs, advocacy, functioning under stress etc.). Our age specific classes are fun, exciting, and most importantly, they equip kids with the tools needed to be successful in school and in life.
