I offer on site classes during and after school at schools in Austin and the surrounding area, as well as movement classes and developmentally oriented obstacle courses for kids for events.

We offer programs in all artistic disciplines – music, visual art, performance, dance, and writing.

Children attend one class per week after school for a period of 10 weeks

North Texas Conservatory offers: ballet, jazz, contemporary, open adult ballet; a complete pre-professional and student company dance program, and private piano instruction for all ages after school and on weekends.

The baby swim school caters to children between the ages of six months and three years. It focuses on skills such as breath control, back floating and learning to push off the wall, readying each child for parentless participation. In the swim school for toddlers, kids between the ages of three and five learn balance, kicking and more, all through fun games, songs and stories that make them excited to come to class. For kids six and up, we have two programs, Bold Blue and Big Blue, catering to different skill levels. Swimmers will progress from learning how to be safe in the water to learning different strokes and building their skills to become proficient, strong swimmers.

Our music team has been synchronizing the power of human potential with music for over 27 years in Austin. We have run dozens of group classes over the years and are pleased to offer a virtual version this year.

Dribbler offers 1 on 1 soccer training, or semi private group training up to 5 players in an at home backyard setting or at a nearby field in your area for all ages! We match you with the trainer and from there, you discuss scheduling.

Excused Absence offers Improv & Sketch classes to kids and teens at ColdTowne Theater.

Academic, Special Needs

Afterschool childcare available. Youth programs like martial arts, gymnastics, arts & crafts, youth sports, and swim lessons available after school hours and on weekends.

Classes create a fun and supportive environment for kids to learn the basics of creating improv, story telling, and stagecraft. The classes are taught primarily through games, play, and improved stories.

Adaptive Dance for all ages and all disabilities provided by a Recreational Therapist to offer inclusive opportunities and reach social, emotional, cognitive and physical goals in a judgement-free zone.

We are a membership based program for children walking to 11 years old with 45 minute classes focused on brain, physical, and character development. Each month we have an age-appropriate milestone for each pillar that students are working to achieve.

KYM ATX offers Kemetic Yoga classes.

Variety’s “Outdoor Adaptive Education” program serves PreK – 12th grade students, as well as students with special needs and disability-focused groups, with its opportunities for interactive learning through adventure at Peaceable Kingdom by Variety. The program’s customized (and adaptive) curriculum is designed to complement the classroom and inspire a passion for lifelong learning. The three core pillars of the “Outdoor Adaptive Education Program” learning curriculum focus on: environmental education, recreational therapy and life skills.
